To mark the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower Voyage, a unique exhibition in Lincoln will offer a fascinating insight into lives of the Pilgrims’ through books and original texts that informed their journey of discovery to the New World.

Held in Lincoln Cathedrals historic Wren Library, ‘Mayflower: Voyages of Discovery’ will give visitors an in depth look at the famous voyage through a collection of rare texts From provisions lists offering a blueprint for the New World to maps to navigational documents. The exhibition will also include first hand-accounts of life on the Plymouth Plantation and original editions from the Pilgrims’ clandestine press in Leiden, Holland.

The exhibition, organised as a collaboration between the University of Lincoln and Lincoln Cathedral, will take place between 1st August and 30th September 2020. For more information on ticket prices, visit the website link below.
